Admissions

Hours are by appointment only. In order to make an appointment, please call us during our business hours at 773-561-0734.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check. We DO NOT accept American Express.

New Clients:

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Bring copies of any records, including vaccination history for your pet. If you like, you may have your previous vet fax us your pets records (with date and time of appointment) to 773-561-5158.

Surgical Admissions:

Pets are not to have food, water, or treats after midnight the night before surgery. If your pet is on medication, please check with the doctor as to whether or not your pet should have medication the day of surgery.

Drop-off time for surgery is between 8-8:30 am the day of surgery.

You may call after 2:30 pm the day of surgery to check on your pet.

Pick-up times for your pet depends on the type of surgery. Please ask the doctor or a staff member when your pet should be able to go home.
